Excellent place, do not hesitate. The GPS from the airbnb did not mentioned the correct place but we received good help.

This apartment is exactly as it says in the description. It is convenient for the funicular railway and is very near to diakopto beach. We had a good time here. Thank you!

GIannis's villa does indeed have a beautiful view, and it's great just to soak up the peace and quiet and enjoy the pool. But it's also quite near ancient Corinth and only an hour away from Mycenae, which are both stunning locations. The pebble beaches nearby (about a 10 minute drive) are clean, pleasant and not too crowded and there are also restaurants to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Niko is the host you can only wish for. Responsive and on top of our needs from the day we inquired about his house. He continually checked on us to find out if we had any special needs and if everything was in order. Our arrival to the house was late for a day due to flight delay, Nikos refunded a full night even though he didn’t have to. House is a gem with distinct personal touches throughout. It has everything one needs to enjoy wonderful peaceful stay. We are dearly moved by Nikos attention, hospitality, friendliness and care. He is an outstanding example of wonderful character Greeks carry in their genetic code, one of love, respect and appreciation of others. We wish our paths will cross again in the future.

Our stay at Achilles' house for 5 days was ideal. From the first moment we entered, the aura of the house, the decor, the beautiful welcome kit that awaited us, showed a very well cared for house, a house that the owners took care of every detail to make our stay comfortable and beautiful. The house is spacious, comfortable and very functional for a family with 2 young children. It has all the facilities and everything a family may need even for a stay of several days. Easy access with a 5 minute walk to the beach and similar distance to the central square of the village. The taverna street which is ideal for walks is about 15 minutes from the house. We loved the quietness of the house, the lovely garden that the children could play as well as the coolness of the evening in a very warm season.
