Anything mentioned as a positive review is true. We just tried it and loved it. A big thank you to Audrey for his responsiveness and for allowing us to have the apartment earlier since it was free. We really liked the place, big, comfortable and provided with everything that was needed ( oil, salt, pepper, choco, enough toilet paper, etc, etc.). It's like being in an American sitcom setting. The terrace is also a plus as well as being able to have two offices. Our daughters were able to study in good conditions. We who love Vietnamese food, we were spoiled with two nice little restaurants close (literally) to the loft. And for kebab lovers, we recommend Kebaba 400m away. The best kebab meat ever tasted. Our car remained safely parked in the yard for the entire stay. We were walking to the city center in 10 minutes. A great choice!

We arrived with two families, the check in was smooth. We felt very comfortable. All necessary things such as a side bed and a high chair were easy to find. The beds were cozy and the kitchen was fine and stocked with all necessary utensils. The only downside to this beautiful house was that the walls were very clairaudient both outside and inside the house. The sirens from the ambulance were very loud in the house, the hospital is diagonally opposite the house. Otherwise, everything was very nice clean, tidy and perfectly equipped. Thank you for the great hospitality 🫶🏼

We have an incredible bnb ever! Damien and Sophie they greeting us very warmly with a bottle of champagne, I would say way better then any 5 stars hotel, the place is beautiful and car park just next door. We have clear check-in intrusion and sweetest details on house! You have comfortable living room(Netflix, YouTube include), and amazing bed room with big wardrobe, you have more than enough space to set up luggage, if sunny day you have a high privacy outdoor can sit outside. Lovely dream kitchen can cook, I love the way they pay attention to guest, new cute plates napkin, all flavor coffee can choose, you only need to enjoy the cooking here, they have small grocery shop nearby. Separates toilet and bathroom with good shampoo, even towel they prepare for us we just live 3 nights. We highly recommend this magnificent house from our heart! And appreciate host always reply us all questions quickly, and believe good host with good guest. Hundred words can’t good enough to decide how good

Great, luxury house within walking distance to Reims center! You can walk to champagne house Veuve Clicquot within a few minutes. The house is fully equipped and very spacious. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with two bathrooms. The garden is lovely and well maintained. In short, gem in Reims!
