Vacation rentals with a kayak in Argolis

We, family with 5 adults, had a very nice stay at the apartment. Everything fits the description and communication with Upstreet works smoothly and proactively from Upstreet. The apartment is large, very clean, has a great wrap around balcony and a great view of Athens. The only thing you have to be aware of is that while the location is very nice and in a very good neighborhood in Athens, you are a little on a hill. So you should be reasonably good on foot (about a 20-25 minute walk to the Plaka), or you have to take a taxi back more often. This was no problem for us and we really enjoyed the great view from the wrap-around balcony on the 6th floor. I would definitely come back and can only recommend the apartment.

George's place was quite simply fantastic - it really made our vacation. It sits above a beautiful beach that was quiet and is surrounded by trees, plants, and rock gardens. The view from the balcony and bedroom was amazing. George was friendly, helpful and responsive without ever been intrusive. We got frequent deliverys of satsumas, different types of oranges, lemons, limes and vegetables. He told us about local hikes, water fountains, swims and where to shop. There was a beach cat - Pokemon - who became our best buddy. There lots of outdoor tables and chairs - you could be in the sun (or shade) at any time of the day. I really liked that George offered places to recycle and he would come and pick up our recycling - this hasn't been the case in other areas we've visited. If we come to Leonidio we definitely want to stay here - we miss it already

Staying in this beautiful home was an extraordinary experience! Highly recommended!! The beds were very comfortable, and the quality of the sheets and towels was top-notch. The home was spotless, and the views of the sea were breathtaking. We loved spending time at the virtually private beach, soaking in the serene beauty. The kayaks were an added bonus. Once again we enjoyed our time at the Akrata Beach Villa and we will come back again. Everything was perfect and we had a day trip to Kalavrita in the mountains where we experienced the perfect Christmas atmosphere. It’s wonderful to travel here in the winter and the air conditioning heating kept the house really warm.

We loved it so much we stayed three times! Located in a quiet street, one way traffic and close to beach, buses, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. Lots of space, fresh and light decor, lounge room and outside area to relax. Highly recommend.

Such a nice house, view and surroundings. We really enjoyed it. And to add on the nice reviews, we really enjoyed the town nearby with a beautiful harbour, nice restaurants etc. You have neighbours on both sides, but there are trees and plants, so the garden and house is still private.

The whole stay was wonderful, very clean, the owner responded to the messages in a moment. The apartment is next to the metro station which made exploring Athens much easier. I highly recommend this place!
