Vacation rentals with breakfast in Arkansas River

Absolutely amazing place! Was a little put off by clothes and items left behind by owner in drawers and closets at first but David was very responsive and the house was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and the back porch and yard perfect for the kids to run around in. We were very happy with our stay and absolutely would stay there again.

Great accommodations! Quiet and nice place for our weekend regional tournament in Tulsa for my daughter. Appreciate the well work around schedule that George had with us. Would recommend this lovely home for anyone that needs a place while in Tulsa. Will decently re-book when I’m back in the area.

We loved the house and how Jesse kept it. It worked very good for our 5 guests. We very much liked how roomy the place was compared to other places we have stayed in Perryton.

This is one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed at! One of the rare instances where the photos don’t do it justice. Highlights were the gorgeous views, the ample living space spread across three floors, the insanely comfortable beds, and the luxurious shower upstairs! Francesca was very quick to respond if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Breckenridge.

I enjoyed my stay. The location was great! There was plenty of room for guests to come and visit too! It was cold and rainy outside, but nice and cozy inside. There is a park right across the street for kiddos to play. The lake would also be enjoyable if the weather is warm. The home was clean with plenty of fresh towels and linens. It was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Sterling.

Pamela's place was very clean and offered everything you'd need to prepare a meal in the kitchen. The weather changed quickly while I was in town during the off season for a business trip, however the split units kept the unit very comfortable. The shower was spacious and had plenty of hot water. The host have more convenient items than hotels available for your use and I would love to come back when the weather is warmer. This is a great place to stay while traveling alone or with a family. The lighting outside the units and walkways allow for peace of mind. There's a nice area to sit outside and enjoy a beverage or conversation with your other guests.

I lived in the area many years ago.. it was like going home to me..It was neat and clean. It is in a high traffic part of town, but I expected it. And train whistles are a big draw to me. it means home. There was plenty of water and coffee and snacks.. It is an older section of town..but, to me that's good

I would 100% recommend this place for a peaceful experience while still being in the vicinity of Kansas City!

Gorgeous neighborhood, lots of local spots within walking distance, and adorable vintage space with modern luxuries. My host thought of everything, down to charging cables for all devices.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Dan’s place for 2.5 months and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long-term stay. Everything was exactly as described—or better—and the space felt like a true home away from home. Dan was a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and respectful of privacy. Any time I had a question or needed something, he was quick to help without being intrusive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to everything I needed. Whether you’re staying short-term or long-term, I highly recommend Dan’s place. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great! Mattress on queen bed was so comfortable. the apartment worked well for us on a wine trail weekend.

Gayle and Ray were very friendly. Open for any questions. Had everything that I needed. Beautiful scenery - would have loved to sit on the back deck with coffee and friends, if time allowed. Would definitely stay there again.

WOW!!! We had never stayed in a Bed & Breakfast before and let me tell ya, it was such a wonderful experience!! Everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed in the Floyd Room and it was so nice & cozy. The bed was comfortable with nice linens, bathroom was big and very clean. In fact the whole home/property was very nice, and had a nice area for our dog. Breakfast was delicious, you could tell it was made with all their heart. Last but not least….the hosts….they were so friendly & nice, very accommodating. You can tell they love doing what they do. Thank you so much for a great stay!

This is my second time staying at Sule’s place, and it will be my go-to place anytime I visit Leadville. I came to Leadville for the Leadville 100 and her place was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The place is great, but it is her kindness and hospitality that really makes you feel welcome!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Sarah was kind and welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. We had a great time at two of the nearby wineries and appreciated Sarah’s recommendations.
