The Nook offers a full bed, a fully equipped kitchen and separate bath with stand up shower. Perfect for traveling Dr.’s or nurses. This unit carries an animal exemption.

The upstairs space is light and bright with huge windows and modern furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed with wonderful gel mattress for comfy sleep. The 2nd bedroom a full size bed. There is no stove in the kitchen but an extra large convection oven, microwave, hotplace and air fryer, to satisfy your cooking needs.

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
