Vacation rentals with lake access in Aroostook County

Such a beautiful place to stay right on the water. Spectacular views and sunset. Very comfortable, large house.. Nathan was great to work with and flexible with our check-in. We will be back and highly recommend this house.

We stayed at Samantha’s for our annual ice fishing trip. We filled the place with six adults and had plenty of space for our gear, parking for four trucks and two snowmobile trailers with room to spare. The grill on the deck cooked our ribeyes to perfection and had a beautiful view of the lake. We are quite familiar with the area but the location makes it easy for anyone to find. When we had a question about the WiFi password we got a response immediately. This place checked all of our boxes, you won’t be disappointed.

This was our 4th time staying at Gary's place. Great access to the snowmobile trails and a comfortable place to stay.

This was our third time at the house and we were so glad to be back. The JetBlue flight arrives late and it was really nice to stay in a house we now know so well. We came this time to see the leaves and the view out the back across Lake Echo was spectacular. Thanks Tammy. Hope to be back up there next summer

Second time at Michael's place in Rockwood. Fantastic setting and the home was perfect! We will be back again soon!

We visited in winter and it was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was warm and it was nice having the garage to take off our winter boots and gear before heading into the living space. The GPS (google maps) could not find the apartment and tried sending us down multiple closed roads and snowmobile trails. But we called the host and they helped us get to the rental.

Beautiful, secluded spot right on 1st Roach Pond. Easy, clear access. Place was comfortable and clean and offered many play toys for the water (kayak, canoe, paddle boat, paddle board) and a very nice dock. Great access to other trails and Lily Bay State Park. We were visited by a loon and wild turkey, as well as many neighboring ducks. Lovely and peaceful getaway.

My family had a great stay at Deb’s place! It was a really nice space in a beautiful area, right on the water. Deb was very welcoming, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We spent the day ice fishing on a blustery, cold, day and it was awesome for the kids to be able to run up to the living space to warm up and still be able to see our fishing traps from the windows overlooking the lake. All had a great time!

We loved staying at Moonlight cove! We had everything we needed and more! It was cozy and quiet and my son LOVED the loft while we loved the downstairs bedroom with a view of the lake.

Deborah was very responsive to our needs. Shes the kind of person that you make friends with and ask for game night. The cabin has been one of our best vacations. So peaceful and beautiful. We will be going back. My husband is from Presque Isle and we came to visit his mom. It was 10 minutes from town and her apartment. Deborah had some great suggestions. Make sure you eat at Shannons on Academy street. Deborah told us about it and it didn’t disappoint We loved our stay!

The cabin was everything we needed! The accommodations were great. It was a very comfortable place to retreat to after a long day of hiking at Mt Katahdin. Katie was very helpful and informative during our stay! The campground was well kept, quiet and lovely on the river.

The house is great. We couldn’t have Ben happier! My wife and I spent a week to celebrate our 30th, and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Seclusion, peace and quiet. The back deck is amazing looking out over the lake, and a view of Kitahdin. The interior has a very homey feel, and so, as the weather didn’t cooperate so much, we had no problem just hanging out and enjoying the house and the surroundings. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook in more often than go out. The woodwork thru out the house, and the quality handmade furniture gave the house a warm comfortable feel. I 100% recommend this rental for anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while. 👍

Our stay I'm Eagle Lake was better than I ever expected! The home was beautiful with everything you want ir need, and the views of the lake were stunning! I would say without a doubt that our family loved this vacation and we will hopefully be returning for another visit! Thank you Laura for sharing this beautiful spot with us!

this place was a perfect getaway to do some ice fishing and cross country skiing, the weather was cold and windy, we were able to set some traps within sight of the cabin and were able to stay warm and cozy inside while fishing. very pretty sunsets and beautiful scenery. the cabin had everything we needed to heat up and cook a meal. highly recommend!

My family and I are all water enthusiasts and lodging so close to Long Lake was fabulous! What a view! We had fun swimming in such a clean lake and enjoyed paddle boating as well. Such a wonderful getaway. This is a must stay for anyone looking to vacation in northern Maine.
