The house has a private pool for your use only, it has an automatic filtration system, every week the pool is cleaned & chlorine levels topped up, there is a net supplied to remove leaves from pool. One can use the bathroom downstairs, there is also a bathroom upstairs. Someone will make contact to water my many plants 🌱 I would appreciate if guests could also please.

The house consists of a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, air conditioning, heating, a porch, a private illuminated pool, two barbecues, one located in the pool, another portable, and Wi-Fi. It is located 4 km from Ronda, on the Ronda-Arriate road. It has beautiful views. I don't provide towels, as I consider them to be for personal use.

The apartment is completely new, equipped with living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Located in the center 100 meters from the historic center, and next to the best restaurants and shops in Ronda. It has unbeatable views of the New Bridge, a lot of brightness and is equipped with all the amenities to make a pleasant stay. There is a public car park 200 meters away, although it is advisable to walk around the city.

The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.
