Amazing place to stay . My boyfriend and I and our dog absolutely loved it. Right in the middle of lots of things Host was super friendly accommodating and responsive 10/10 stay for sure Hot tub was absolutely amazing after we walked our legs off at the caverns. Felt right at home

The place was very nice. We would like to plan a trip there again maybe next year and if it is available, we will stay there again. The couches are comfortable, the master bed which I slept in was so comfortable I fell right to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay here. We had no issues with check in and it fit 8 people comfortably. When we got there we couldn’t find the projector set up but Marcos was very responsive and dropped off everything needed right away, and Of course mini golf is always a plus. We had to leave on a bad dust storm day and were offered an extended stay so we wouldn’t have to drive through it. We had a wonderful time with friends and family here and would book again if we find ourselves in Artesia

Very clean, and she provided snacks and water bottles, nice little touches that go a long way. Joelie was a very gracious host. The house was fine, just a logistical tip for the area: A number of the restaurants were closed from Sunday into the middle of the week. Also, we visited the Caverns on Monday. Really the only place to eat there is the Cactus Cafe and it was closed that day. If you're planning on having something to eat there, you might want to pack a lunch and eat at the picnic areas in the vicinity.

We stayed at Katherine's place with our three children as a base to explore Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National Park! The property was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and had lots of space for us to spread out. Well stocked with things to do in the evening (excercise equipment, games and puzzles) and near a nice park by the water. Katherine was super responsive and welcoming. If we ever come back to Carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!

The place was great, the pictures are accurate and the place was squared away. I believe the place hasnt been there that long, and everything works good, it doesnt have any wear and tear yet. The ceiling fans are amazing and the place was very roomy. I would gladly stay in this place again if available and i have work near there.

Andrea’s place was a great spot for us to spend time as a team for our retreat. The place was gorgeous and super clean. We messed up a bit with the lock at check-in and Andrea responded right away and helped us troubleshoot and get into the house easily. We would 100% recommend Andrea’s place and would definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to do so!

It’s conveniently located, has an adorable porch to enjoy your morning coffee, safe neighborhood, clean, and well stocked. DeeAnn was very responsive and checked in us to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend!
