Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Welcome to my summer oasis and winter haven! Like in an Astrid Lindgren fairy tale, you will experience Scandinavian vacation at its best. The property, named Björkhaga, consists of a main house, garden cottage, garage, playloft and grand garden with multiple sitting areas. Discover the nearby towns and villages, the nature reserve in Glaskogen and many more hidden gems in the area, The house is well suited for children. It has been the owners property for almost 30 years and is in privat use.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

The stuga is located in a rural quiet area, westside of the Tosseberg however in close proximity to the E45. The area is very suitable for all kinds of outdoor activities in all the different seasons like mountain biking, canoeing, hiking, bush crafting, golf, (ice-) fishing, snow-shoe hiking, skiing, husky sledtour, quad & snowscooter.

Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

Relax in this peaceful cottage of 50 sqm. The cottage is located only 1 mile outside Arvika. Forest and swimming opportunities are just a few meters away. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. There's also a sofa bed available. A kitchen with two stoves, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. One bathroom with shover. Duvet and pillow are available to borrow. An air heat pump is available for both heating and cooling as well as a fireplace.

Charming and cozy country house, where you can live all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forest, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle places. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and mysterious forests, you found the right place.

Our vacation home is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of nature on the lake. The tranquility invites you to relax to the fullest. It's big. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."
