Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ascension Parish

Quiet neighborhood but close to the highway that you could be anywhere you’d want to be in just a couple of minutes. We throughly enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. The house and description were as advertised. Thank you to the host for opening your home. We truly had a relaxing and great vacation!

This was one of the better Airbnbs we've found in the Baton Rouge area. Octavio was super responsive from our first inquiry. he was very attentive and understanding to any questions we had. he was also very clear on any directives he had for us. the house was so quaint and extremely clean. The pool was beautiful. I really liked that each room could be locked if desired with an access code. he master suite was a really nice addition. Octavio is a great host. we look forward to returning for a future stay!

Host was wonderful, we had the alarm go off when we came in. It was super late (midnight) host responded right away. Place was wonderful! Would recommend.

Great location, newly remodeled and plenty of room inside and outside in yard. Beds were comfortable

Wonderful home to stay in. New construction, with gas appliances and an on demand water heater (we have to boys who are shower hogs). The location is very convenient for activities at Lamar Dixon and for shopping. The host even has a crib for new families tucked away in the master closet. We will be coming back!

The apartment was spacious and well-designed. Each room was quite large and had its own bathroom, which was a significant advantage. The area was quiet, and I didn’t have to travel far to reach stores or restaurants. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay truly! Would come back if we come back again to LA! Best part was waking up every morning and seeing the horses! The place is amazing, very much what I expected if not more! Owners are super nice, we chatted with Reuben and met the puppy dog! 10/10 atmosphere, 10/10 owners, 10/10 rental!

This Airbnb was not only beautiful, but spacious! I appreciated the snacks as well as the washer and dryer! Everything was clean and neat. It may not be the nicest looking neighborhood but it’s very quiet and literally seconds from the highway. I even recommended this place to my mother who’s a local for a small getaway. Will stay again in the future.

I loved the house. I could picture myself living there.. I loved all the decorations and showers had very good water pressure. the beds were comfy. yard was kept clean and yard was cut no clutter in house very easy check out instructions. would definitely stay again

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Wonderful stay once again! This was my second time staying at this property and it was just has impeccable as the first time. My friend said she wants to stay there everytime we are in the city. To add more greatness, upon checking in we had a problem with the TV upon, within in 2 minutes of me sending a message the host responded. Even after midnight, the host was prompt and courteous with their response. I highly suggest this property for your next stay.

Of all the airbnbs that I’ve stayed at in Baton Rouge this is one of my favorites. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again when I’m back in the fall to visit my son.

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.
