Spacious and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and the beds were very comfy. The bathrooms, specifically the showers, were a good size and cleaned very well. The back deck and front porch were super cute. If you’re looking for a relaxing and quiet weekend away in Middletown, this is the place to do it!

A great house for big groups. Lots of amenities for all including children. Would be a great house for summer get away. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than any place we've stayed. Lots of rooms and plenty of space in the great room for dining, playing games and chilling out on the couches. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely go back, highly recommend it!

We went for our anniversary desiring a quiet getaway and just as in the past, Reagan and Donnie delivered with the Stone Cottage! Such a peaceful place tucked away in the hills and yet so close to civilization. This house has character with history that you can see. Thank you again!

We loved the home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Aram was very responsive. There are lovely bird feeders on the deck that can be filled with provided birdseed and we observed many beautiful birds attending the feeders! The kitchen has everything you'll need and was clean and spacious. The firepit was peaceful and there is a path to do a 5-8 minute hike that starts right out the back door and goes around their property to observe nature. We visited the Himalayan Salt Cave in town and found it very relaxing and unique! There are many unique and fun shops to visit for souvenirs and other gifts. The only drawback we noted about the entire stay was having to drive 12-15 minutes to get out to the main road if we needed to run out to grab something - but that was listed in the property description, so we tried to plan ahead and get everything we needed in advance to avoid side trips.

The place is at least as good as it appears in the photos. The view was spectacular. Ally was responsive and friendly throughout the process. Amenities were great. We felt kind of pampered. Highly recommend

Margie was great. She introduced herself to my son and I right when we got there. The accommodations were excellent. Beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. House sits right on a small lake in a very nice neighborhood.

The place was exactly as pictured. Very cozy and loved having water views everywhere. Definitely recommend it!

Most of the time I travel with just my family but sometimes we get to travel with our labor team also. Angel and Ryan offer great accommodations for all of us. Safe relaxing, spacious and great water pressure!!! We needed extra blanket because it was colder for April the night we were there and Ryan went out of his way to make it work for us. Our team was a mix of needs and they had something for all of us. They care for their house a little extra because it has a few live thriving plants what a great way to provide the true home feeling we so appreciate after hard work and long travels. The neighbor is great ! To accommodate all my teams needs I slept on the daybed and it was actually comfortable. All slept well. Thank you much Definitely worth the short drive out of DC.

Another perfect stay! Best gem by far, beautifully renovated cottage w skylights surrounded by lovely garden- great friendly host too. We love staying at the garden studio whenever we are in the area.
