A wonderful apartment in an amazing location in Tel Aviv. Spotless clean and stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Also includes a private parking which was a plus for us. Doorman building with the nicest doorman. The hosts were wonderful and made the extra effort to make sure we are familiar with the apartment via a video call before the stay! Highly recommended!

Thanks for the stay. My one suggestion is to add blackout curtains in the space to make it dark for sleeping. Thanks

Great for a family stay. The host's parking was not used. We parked a car next to the park. The apartment is clean, cozy, a nice balcony overlooking the city and the park. The location is optimal. Nearby , park, water park, to the sea by car 15 min drive. Thank you to the hosts for being a great host. Recommended. Good value for money. Thank you!

The location is simply perfect, I could walk to everything I wanted to see and experience in the city. Communication with you was quick and efficient, and check-in was simple and convenient. Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

We were warmly welcomed by Or’s family. The accommodations are a small independent studio attached to a larger house with access to a nice yard in the back and large gorgeous park a few blocks away. It fit our needs perfectly for an overnight in Rishon near an event we had to attend.

Amazing 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv. The place is newly renovated, easily accessible, quiet and clean with all you need for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, all the linens and towels you'll need and two very comfortable bedrooms. Shulamit was always responsive and addressed every question, will definitely come back.

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is lovingly decorated and it has everything you need. We also liked the small terrace with the garden area. You are very private there, no one can see you in the apartment and it wasn't loud either. We were only there for a few days, for a longer stay the kitchen equipment would need a little overhaul. There were plenty of but only huge plates of cups and glasses. Plenty of cookware and cutlery and also practical things such as freshness and foil and backing paper. Livnat communicated excellently, there was always an immediate response. Check in and check out were very easy as the key can be found in a safe next to the apartment door. The house belongs to the older ones in Rehovot and the apartment has charm. Unfortunately, the bedroom door does not close. Apartments in Israel are usually anything but cozy. This is it. We will be happy to come back on occasion.

Iris is a wonderful host and the apartment is beautifully set up, in a great location, with a delightful view balcony. Compact apartment with a well organized kitchenette and supplies. Iris is a super friendly and responsive host and was able to help guide us in for easier parking, and answer any questions quickly. Yaniv was an excellent host. He was prompt to answer any questions. The location is incredible with an absolutely breathtaking view of the city. The building amenities were unique and a great added benefit. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.
