Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.

3 bedroom, bathtube, fireplace, kitchen...everything you need for a nice holyday or place to stay while working i Oslo. There is aproximately 10 minutes to go from parkingplace P2.( Parking P2 is only for citizens of the island. ) In summertime there is even a small "ferryboatconnection" as a part of the walkingbridge. In wintertime roads might be icy and slippery. There is many steps in the house.

The house has a private beach and is located on Nesøya. 10 min to Sandvika and 30 min to Oslo city centre ( private car 20 min ) Large property with bathhouse. This separate place for rent sits on the seaside. There are several sleeping areas in the bathhouse if needed. ( To sleep there or access has to be agreed upon in advance / rented separately )

The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.

Hytta har en stor og flott terrasse/platting med meget gode solforhold fra morgen til kveld. Det er adkomst med trapp fra den private parkeringen til hytta, så den er ikke tilgjengelig for bevegelseshemmende.
