From this central accommodation you have easy access to whatever it may be. 400 m walk to Kleppestø terminal that quickly gets you to Bergen by bus or speedboat. Kleppestø center is also 400 m away. The apartment is located on our lower floor, where we live upstairs with teenage children. Playground and school with playground in the immediate vicinity. There is a 150 cm Jensen bed in the master bedroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 75 cm that can be set together. Parking for one car. No parties.

Leiligheten fremstår moderne. Inneholder Kjøkken, stue, soverom og bad. Fine tur-, shopping og turist attraksjoner i nærheten. 8 min gangavstand til kollektiv transport. Motorveien er i nærheten, og en vil høre trafikken fra den når man benytter seg av uteområdet. Det bor også barn i huset over som kan gi fra seg lyd☺️

Leiligheten har to soverom (det ene med stor dobbeltseng og det andre med romslig familiekøyeseng), bad med vaskemaskin og dusjkabinett, godt utstyrt kjøkken med spiseplass. Romslig stue. Leiligheten ligger med kort avstand til Kleppestø som har båtforbindelse direkte til Bergen sentrum. Busstopp finnes kort vei fra leiligheten. Nærbutikk i gåavstand og fine turmuligheter med leiligheten som utgangspunkt. Bil anbefales grunnet bratt adkomstvei.

The apartment is located on the ground floor - and the landlord lives on the second floor. Here you can enjoy quiet days, fishing from the quay or by boat. The landlord can, upon request, offer guided fishing or boat trips. There is also the possibility of renting a 16-foot boat with a 25 hp Honda outboard motor.
