Condo vacation rentals in Asunción

Wonderful apartment. Immaculately clean, well stocked with all that I needed, very comfortable, and located in a very safe neighbourhood. Great access to many clubs, restaurants, and shops. The host, Edith, was extremely gracious. She was to easy to communicate with, quick to respond to any of my inquiries, and went out of her way to accommodate me in another apartment for a day as my flight arrived quite early in the morning. She also offered several suggestions for things to see and places to go in Asuncion, and displayed great patience with me. Edith is an exceptional host. The staff at the building were extremely accomodating, and friendly. All in all, my month long stay there was most enjoyable, and I was somewhat saddened when it was time to leave.

The apartment is very comfortable and is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with good weather. You have everything you need to cook, eat, and rest, plus both hot and cold water. Check-in was super quick, even though we entered and left the building in the early morning. As it was a little cold we did not use the pool on the terrace but it has a spectacular view of the city, perfect for conversation and enjoy. In addition to it, Valentín is an excellent anfritrión; responds to the second and always prompt to help and dialogue about his experiences in Paraguay, as well as the goalkeepers — I definitely recommend this location!

Excellent apartment, top quality, as shown in the pictures, nothing to criticize. The host Txma, super friendly, we had an inconvenience with our vehicle and offered at all times to help us, the truth, very grateful for so much kindness and predisposition! Highly recommend it!!

The place is very nice. If you like downtown, this is a great location. It's pretty quiet too.

We stayed 4 days to tour the center of Asuncion. The apartment is perfectly adapted for a pleasant stay, with all the amenities you need.

Álvaro is a great host and the apartment was excellent. Communication was great and everything in the apartment is very high quality: the beds, towels, appliances, furniture, and the building itself. All are top quality. Highly recommended.

The stay is the best, good location and I think it cares very well for a house or just one.... I think the benefit is fantastic..... I recommend... I think there is no better care... I loved it.

The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Everything was perfect. I certainly like to stay again if I visit Asuncion. Strongly recommend !

We are very happy with the price, the communication, the cleanliness of the depa and the amenities and details of the same. Currently, there is another tower under construction together and unfortunately it is a lot of noise from 6:30 in the morning. The traffic of the avenue is also quite heard. Other than that, the place is highly recommended. We stayed my wife, daughter (9 years old) and I for two weeks. It is very small but exactly as described and it did serve us very well for the visit to our family who live in the area.

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

We have seen many apartments, but this stands out particularly positively (quality of decor, cleanliness, tasteful style of interior design and much more). Although it is comparatively expensive, I would come back.
