Great place to stay, easy walk into town. Photos matched the pictures and very clean house. Would recommend.

This house was perfect for our family of five and small dog. We had a really relaxing stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were really comfy. We loved the big kitchen. Host Laurence was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you!

Lydia was very proactive in communications around our stay and super responsive to our questions. The property was really well maintained and had everything we needed, and the location is within easy walking distance of the town centre.

The place was great! Very clean and had all the things needed, kitchen was equipped with everything as well. Nice areas outside to sit, great location just near the beach. Fiona responded very quickly to any questions I had and was very accommodating and helpful.

Everything was absolutely perfect A really original beach house with nice comfortable beds and clean linen as described in the pictures. Coming back through the great ocean road, my wife and I wanted to stop throuh Warrnambool. This spot was by far the best on our trip, extremely clean, nice beds and great location. We will be back again for sure

Enjoyed our stay. Penny was very helpful with local information and responsive to any questions. So close to the dog beach & the cottage has plenty of old fashioned character with a fantastic grassed back yard. We really enjoyed spending time on the veranda. A great break away with our dog, thanks Penny.

We were only able to stay one night but really enjoyed our time there. The flat is the perfect size for a small family and was very clean. We would definitely stay again if we come back.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. the photos don't do it justice, the views are spectacular. The pool is private and top-notch. We had everything we needed for our 9 night stay, especially in the kitchen. Highly recommend and a great host and caretaker.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place. Everything we needed was provided and loved having the tennis courts at our door step. Awesome location, close to the Main Street and beach.

We felt at home there and could have stayed longer quite easily. There was a slight pet smell in the lounge room we noticed. Loved our stay at Barwon Heads. The house was clean and the beds were super comfy. A well appointed kitchen made self catering easy when we didn't want to brave the Easter crowds. Fabulous location close to the river and our dog Baxter loved the back yard with plenty of space to sniff and play.

My two children and I really enjoyed staying at Ning's. The accommodation was spotless, and communication with Ning was timely and clear. Ning kindly advised me, shortly after checking out, that we had left something. Quick and easy organisation to get it back. Thanks Ning 😊

Hazel and Owen are exceptional hosts. They take great pride in their home and made sure we had everything we needed. We originally booked for 6 weeks but ended up staying for over 10 weeks while we looked for a long term rental. Hazel and Owen were extremely flexible and supportive during this time. Their communication was great too. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Timbersands.

Donna's place is amazing, and a great spot for families looking to stay on the Peninsula. We would definitely be coming back here in the future.

staying at Leanne's was a real treat. we had a wonderful stay. the place is unique and cosy and has everything you could need for a few days away from home. An easy drive to Robe if you're looking for a day out. Leanne and her daughter also allowed our toddler to help feed the chickens and their beautiful horse and collect some fresh eggs, which he loved. they were also very accommodating of dog and her needs. would recommend to anyone travelling through 😀
