Great place, just like in the photos. There's a supermarket very close by, but it's a bit far from the city center. Very quiet and perfect for relaxing. I will definitely return in the future.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a great experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants. We had a beautiful view on the lake and sea. The host- Annabelle was very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again!

Lovely new apartment, spa on site with indoor pool, sauna & gym included in the price. Beauty treatments & Hamam are extra & expensive. Large outdoor pool & jacuzzi. Skasia restaurant & bar 2 min walk, they have an outdoor pool for patrons on the seafront. Şengun supermarket is 3-4 minute walk. Bedroom: the bed has a very firm mattress. The balcony in January does not get the sun so it is cold. I sat outside the front door to get some sun. The wi-fi is great. If you want to do anything else you will need a car as the bus service only goes as far as Esentepe.

We were very pleased, it was a nice stay. There was nothing missing. Janna always fulfilled our inquiries and requests and answered them quickly and kindly. There were always problems with the water but this has nothing to do with the apartment, but is a general problem in Northern Cyprus.

The place was fantastic! The location is perfect, right by several pools. The accommodation itself is modern and tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped so we could prepare some meals ourselves. It was also very clean. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We felt welcome and well looked after at all times. Unfortunately, the fitness center right next door was subject to a fee. The apartment was also a bit difficult to find, as we could not find the marking of block F anywhere. The directions were very helpful! We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great! Good location. The host is very friendly and sees quickly if you need to know something. The apartment is very tidy, dishes are fully enough, the bed is comfortable.

A real home from home. The apartment had three bedrooms but we only used one so fabulous having plenty of space. We felt really at home, with everything we needed and more. We fully appreciated the touches especially the welcome pack.

Shirley is a 5 star host. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The apartment was brand new, clean, and an excellent place to relax.

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Thank you Dünbar!

Everything was great. The owners were super friendly, check in check out was easy, the facility was great and the view teracce is really nice.

The location was suitable for all social equipment and needs

The villa was beautiful, all the essentials was provided! The host was very informative and replied very quickly to any questions. The location is good if you are looking for peace and privacy, however there was a little bit of noise from the construction of other villas but this was very minimal and not constant. The villa is modern. Sofas and outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and bedding was provided. A big supermarket that is around the corner that you can even walk to. Easy access to main road but you cannot hear the traffic. Perfect for a relaxing end to our holiday. Will definitely stay here again.

Recommend to all who will be staying. Kitchen equipment, iron, hair dryer, clothes dryer, every need was considered. The surrounding grocery stores were very adequate and affordable. There was even an indoor pool and a fitness room. It was a hotel-quality stay experience. We are very satisfied. We will be back as soon as possible.
