Soaring and cozy cottage, to enjoy the silence, located in Riópar Viejo, with wonderful views of the whole valley, from the peak of Almenara to Calar del Mundo. Ideal for spending wonderful days of peace and quiet, strolling through the natural landscapes of the area, birth of the Rio Mundo, Almenara, Pino del Toril, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcony of Riópar Viejo consists of two detached but adjacent houses, so groups of 12 guests could be accommodated.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of an old house. It is independent, consisting of a bedroom with a bathroom and its own kitchen-dining room. The access streets are uphill. Each accommodation has an entrance on a different side of the house and its own private terrace. We live on the upper floors. I am very thorough with disinfection cleaning. The pool may not be crystal clear some days, although we try to keep it clean. It's shared.
