Primarily the increase in income while being able to keep my property available when I need it.

No, it's very simple and it fits with my lifestyle.
How do you prepare to make sure guests have a great arrival experience?
I try to always be there for check-in. I give them the addresses of my favourite restaurants, explain the bus and metro system to them, and tell them how to find tourist attractions from my apartment.
What’s the most surprising thing you've experienced as an Airbnb host?
The kindness of my renters.
What’s been your proudest moment as a host?
When people leave nice comments about my home and my family, it makes me very proud.
