Unser neues restgedecktes Strandhaus direkt am Sandstrand auf Rügen mit eigenen Strandzugang erwartet Sie mit 240 m² Wohnfläche auf zwei Ebenen. Neben dem traumhaften Meerblick erwarten Sie im Obergeschoss 3 luxuriöse Schlafzimmer mit 2 modernen Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß erwarten Sie eine private Sauna, ein voll ausgestatteter moderner Küchenbereich sowie ein großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich mit Panoramakamin. Eine riesige Sonnenterrasse mit Strandkorb und Lounge und Esstisch lädt zum entspannen ein.

Die Villa Luna bietet insgesamt 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten auf 100 m² Wohnfläche. Das Bad im OG verfügt über eine Dusche und eine große Eckbadewanne, Toilette und Bidet. Ein Gäste-WC ist im EG. Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Umluft-Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Keller befinden sich ein Vorratsraum und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (kostenlos). Das gesamte Haus ist gehoben ausgestattet und verfügt über zwei Sat-TV. Das OG bietet Meerblick.

The villa in the thatched countryside by the sea offers tranquility, luxury and relaxation. Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. There is a Weber grill for barbecue evenings. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds, offering plenty of space for storage. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and floor-level shower.

Genießt den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Boddenlandschaft von einer der Terrassen, springt vom eigenen Steg ins Wasser, stecht mit dem Tretboot in See oder entspannt am Kamin oder an einer der Feuerstellen. Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Whether with the whole family, as a group of friends or even for a break in the familiar, small team: our villa offers the right mix of space for cozy get-togethers and retreat thanks to the separately accessible apartments. Our regular guests have been coming to us for years in all possible constellations - especially in the spring and summer, where the garden with numerous seating options opens up further possibilities. Of which, dogs are also allowed in 1 apartment.

From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

The villa Traumschlößchen 100 m vom Strand is located in Ostseebad Heringsdorf and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. The private room offered here has its own entrance and its own shower room. Two fully equipped kitchens are available to all guests of the house. The house is in the best residential area of Stralsund. The promenade leads to the harbor and the old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, within minutes on foot.
