The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine and other accessories.

A separate entrance and parking in front of the house are available. Close to local recreation areas, the historic old town and Lake Kemnader. Centrally located in the Ruhr area, adjacent to Dortmund, Essen and Bochum and the Bergisches Land is not far away.
