It was a very good stay. They were communicative and willing to help with anything.

The apartment is beautiful, very large, superb view, quiet, very functional. Parking in the basement is a plus. I will come back without hesitation.

My boyfriend and I spent three nights in Mahmoud's apartment and loved the place as well as its comfort. Special mention to our host, Mahmoud, who was very flexible despite our flight delay. We highly recommend this place! Ideally located between the city center and Sidi Bou Saïd, very close to the airport, it is a prime location.

we had a great stay at this lower villa with garden with your feet in the water! a beautiful and peaceful residential area à la marsa. the house is very spacious and well decorated. everything was perfectly clean. 100% recommend!

Sidi Bou Said is a wonderful artist village with very nice cafes . The apartment is below the village on the beach. The apartment is tastefully decorated, a small outdoor area invites you to linger. Best orange juice at the kiosk and Sami tip top as a landlord.

We felt very comfortable in the villa and thank Farouk for the great time in Tunis!

It was a pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The area is quiet and the building is well secured. There are two supermarkets nearby, restaurants and tea rooms. I highly recommend it . I want to emphasize that the owner welcomed us well and gave us a lot of attention and did his best to make the stay enjoyable.
