We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. It’s also very peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially with our frequent headcount changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The caretaker was very nice and helpful—he even offered to assist us in buying tube ice and charcoal for grilling, which we truly appreciated. We saw some previous reviews mention of smell of rust in the water, but it appears to be an issue from the water provider and is beyond the host’s control. That aside, everything else more than made up for it. The air conditioning worked great and kept the place cool despite the summer heat. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free escape. We’d love to come back again!

Highly recommended. Great location. Great in communication. Close to everything. Condo unit is well kept! Will check in again in the future. The only problem was the securities were not helpful. They were looking for a Guest Pass. Coming from abroad unaware, with no internet connection. Securities did not want to call the front desk to veirfy. It was really hot and told us we can’t go in. I had to pay for the wifi in order for me to get the guest pass from the site. Like I said, I was unaware of the policies and securities could have been more helpful.

Convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Fernando. If you're an avid golfer and ready to play...sleep well and early morning play in the nearby golf courses beverly and pradera or to Clark. it's summer now very hot it's really advisable to play early in the morning 🙂

Lastly, who would’ve thought you’ll get free breakfast thay’s good for three pax? We did! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

We stayed for a few days at The Lake Farm during the Holy Week break. We really loved the place and we got to do all the outdoor activities we planned to do. My kids enjoyed fishing. The pool was nice. We got to do bonfire and smores. The room is quite spacious for a family of 4 and 2 furbabies. It was also nice to have food delivered since we didn’t want to go out all the time to eat. But we got to cook and grill as well. Thankful that we were provided extra fans in the room to help with the summer heat. We hope to go back when the weather is a little colder. Thanks again Wax for being such a nice host!

Stephen’s place was an excellent stay from start to finish. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a cozy and welcoming feel, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided—from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy for our group to relax and feel at home. The location was also a huge plus, making it super convenient to get around. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was at night. Stephen himself was a fantastic host—very responsive, kind, and respectful. He made sure we had all the information we needed before check-in and even checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. That kind of attentiveness really stood out.
