Until 1965, the "Eilser Minchen" was parked in the hall built in 1919. Since summer 2022, the apartment has had a 140 cm wide box spring bed, a 63-inch smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a walk-in shower in the modern bathroom, as well as a parking space right outside the door. All major destinations in the city center are within walking distance.

Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

The apartment can accommodate 2 people, but also has a pull-out couch so that even max. 4 people can stay here. The apartment is furnished with love and combines historical with modern living ambience. Steinhuder Meer 32 km, Bückeburg Castle 8 km, Hanover-Messe about 60 minutes

Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.
