A basic Italian breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.) is included, but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 for 5 to 15 year olds, free for children under 5). It is located in an ancient building of the 1400s a few steps from Corso Vannucci and the University for foreigners, near the Arco dei Gigli. The building overlooks Via Bontempi, a few meters from Piazza San Severo, where there is the famous fresco of Raphael "Trinità e Santi". Near the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic street animated by typical bars and renowned restaurants.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The apartment is close to the city center, 50 meters from the Minimetro 'Pincetto' terminal station. It is in the university and court area. It is bright, quiet, in an elegant condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the traffic-restricted zone. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.

Farmhouse Cottage deep in the countryside with private pool, 7 km far away from Perugia. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed, one double bedroom + one single bed on request, one single or twin or double bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, a private garden with porch equipped for outdoor meals. Is possible to add single bed or baby bed. Dogs are welcome, not cats.
