This is where I live with my two children. For the weekends that we are traveling, I rent out the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so bring good fitness. In one bedroom (which does not have a door) there is a 160 cm bed. In the children's room there is a 120 cm bed as well as a loft bed (it fits small people and children). Sometimes we have a dog visit, therefore I can not guarantee allergic people a worry-free visit. I only rent to calm people who show good consideration for my neighbors.

Basement apartment near the tram

Rent out our guest room in the basement of our nice villa. Private entrance, private toilet, private shower, small fridge and microwave available. Sheets & towels are included. A comfortable 160 bed & a 140 sofa bed. Coffee machine Nespresso including pods and a TV available. Very close to the tram (stop Sanatoriegatan) which will take you both to Korsvägen/Liseberg/Scandinavian & Central Station without having to change the tram! This is not a luxury accommodation but it is a basement, but very affordable :)

Central apartment

Cozy apartment, quiet area, but close to town. Free private parking just outside. Five minutes to bus and tram that takes 10 minutes to downtown Gothenburg. There is a double bed in the bedroom that is 180 cm and a deep sofa in the living room that works great as a sleeping area. Kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine with associated capsules and cooking possibilities. Glazed balcony with sun from 12 noon. There is also a cafe, restaurant and grocery store about 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Apartment (in house) 3 room+kitchen (own entrance)

En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.

Double room with own entrance, own bathroom and in a separate room you'll have a micro wave oven, coffe machine, water boiler and a fridge but no stove. 10 minutes walk to Liseberg & Svenska mässan. 15 minutes by foot to Universeum, Avenyn, Scandinavium & Ullevi. 2 minutes to nearest food store and bus stop, with direct line to city center and more. 10 min walk to lovely nature. Bedlinen, towels and cleaning included.

Spacious apartment in a central location

Nice and spacious apartment in a good location in Gothenburg. You can easily get into central Gothenburg. Located in a quiet and pleasant area but at the same time with proximity to both bus and tram. Free parking is available on the street outside the house. The apartment is about 120 sqm. Walking distance to Delsjö nature reserve with lakes and beautiful nature.
