The oldest residential building in Szentjakabfa has been renovated according to today's comfort expectations. The house harmoniously combines the cozy atmosphere of farmhouses and the functions that help the lifestyle of modern people. 3 rooms with private bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and a spacious summer kitchen serve the comfort of its residents. For those arriving with children, 2 rooms can be opened together as needed.

Perfect workation place: internet, smart TV, desk, air conditioning, restaurants. Villa building built in 1904. Nostalgic interior from the age of the monarchy to modern and contemporary. We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

The 180m2 exclusive home is the perfect place for friendly families to relax together. The house has 3 double bedrooms, as well as a separate children's room with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Our 45m2 private terrace is an ideal place for barbecuing, ping-pong matches. Our own 110m2 enclosed sports field is for active recreation. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

If you get home from a city walk or an evening wine, the relaxing, private jacuzzi at the end of the garden awaits you. During the winter period from November to May, the use of the jacuzzi is available at an extra cost. The price shown does not include the tourist tax! Children (0-14 years) and pets are not allowed!
