Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Arrive and feel good. Country house for two to four people furnished with a lot of love for detail. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Bread service and bike rental available on request. Very good transport connections to Bremen and Hamburg. Excursions to Altes Land, Lüneburg Heath and the Teufelsmoor. Hiking on the northern trails, cycling on the Wümme cycle path, canoeing on the Wümme.

Circus wagon on the alpaca pasture - pure relaxation!

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!

In nice weather, you can have breakfast outside on the terrace or make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers. Beautiful designated bike and hiking trails invite you to relax. I am Tiny - a pretty wooden house on the edge of the forest!

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
