In the living room there is a fold-out, comfortable sofa, and next to it there is an exit to a large balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is a playground for children next to the block.

The beach with a jetty for the exclusive use of the residents of the settlement and guests is located about 90 m from the door of the cottage.
