Our house, located on the beach El Zapote in front of the mouth of Barra de Santiago, offers you 6 spacious rooms, 4 of them with their own bathroom and 2 that share. All with air conditioning and new beds. Spacious and well ventilated common areas, pool and ranch with social area. You will be surprised by the vegetation and the spectacular fine sand beach with direct access to the Estero, where you can swim, walk, rent a boat to know the mangroves or simply enjoy the beautiful view of the sea

Mangomar in a large house of approximately half an acre (1.2 Acre apx) in front of the Pacific Ocean in beautiful Sihuapilapa beach (Not so well known, a little secret that our lovely guests want to keep). A large pool, all rooms with AC, WIFI, 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms (2 private and 2 shared), a urinal, beach bar, ping pong, swings and playground for kids, full kitchen, safebox, Argentinean bbq, massage and crib upon request and a safe beach. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.
