We have a house in the back, which has 1 en-suite bedroom with air conditioning, 1 additional bedroom, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms have a ceiling fan and are dark for a good night's sleep!

Enjoy the cozy space with its outdoor area, barbecue, beach kit, shade… Rio Saí that meets the sea is a separate attraction!

Full house with two bedrooms plus an en-suite, all with air-conditioning. It has an exit to two streets. The front is on Rua Hermínio Dagnoni 67 and in the back is Rua Espírito Santo, which gives access beach, very close, about 130 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is a few meters from the center/shops, bars, restaurants, markets, bakery and the sea. You can do everything on foot. Great beach.
