It's always nice to come to Suzanne's, the apartment is perfect for families. The hospitality is great, full of small touches and good discussions. Perfect cleanliness as well as amenities. Suzanne is always available even during stay. No complaints, as we told him, if we come back, it's not for nothing. See you soon.

The condominium could be found well with the navigation. Hélène and Harry welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. The listing is 100% the same as the photos. It has been decorated with love. The view of the ocean is amazing. The balcony is very spacious. We would like to have one of those at home. Within walking distance is the jetty, where the ships go to Les Saintes. The jetty goes down in about 10 minutes, back uphill then takes a little longer. However, the walk is very rewarding, because the parking spaces are limited (traffic chaos) and subject to a fee. The starting point for a hike to the volcano can also be easily reached by car. However, the weather should play along, otherwise you won't see anything if you arrive upstairs after a strenuous hike. Good shoes are highly recommended. We highly recommend the place. Very nice stay at Mitsy's with a nice place at the end of a very quiet alley. A nice view of the pool from the open kitchen, so you can immerse yourself in the Guadeloupe slideshow ☀️🌴

A more than perfect experience in Guadeloupe, thanks to this extremely well-located and very well-equipped accommodation, with a host always available, before and after booking! Ursula and her father Patrick are responsive people and always attentive. Patrick, who lives just next door is easily reachable and is always there to ensure our comfort. Feel free to stay there if you're in Guadeloupe. The central location of the listing is great for exploring the island. I would 100% recommend this place.

The stay was nice. Communication worked out well and everyone was very friendly. The bathroom could have been even cleaner and the neighborhood is very noisy because of barking dogs. We were still able to sleep well with earplugs. We would come back!

Catherine's villa is just as beautiful as it appears in the photographs, and is a place of great peacefulness too. It must be noted that it is a mile from the ferry landing (and I chose not to rent a car or moto) so there is a lot of walking necessary. As I do not like to cook on vacation, I was taken by surprise that there were really only two places to eat: Chez Eugenette, very nearby but always booked solid and only serving at lunch (excellent the one time I got to eat there); and Iguana Snack, again at the landing a mile away with a very very limited menu. There are four small epiceries (groceries) on Terre de Bas, two nearby and two about three miles away, but with limited stock (in all three there were only four bottles of SPF 50 sunblock, and two bottles of SPF 6 sunblock (6 !!!) The beach near the villa is not inviting; I never got to the far side of the island.

we had a lovely stay with our 2 children, the beach is just down the accommodation and the seabed is rich. The place is spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful terrace in the evening. The person who received us is very friendly and accommodating. thank you for this beautiful stay in Petite Anse!

We had a great week at Nicaise's and her family's. Very warm welcome. Listing matches the photo. The house is located in a very quiet area next to the soccer field to do its small sport in the morning. We will be back

Thanks to Cindy for her responsiveness, availability and welcome. We stayed 4 weeks more than pleasant with our two children in the estate. Everything is swimming pool, games room, stunning views of the Basse-Terre mamelles and these sunsets that you can't get enough of! Thanks also to Dorkis, Jacky and the boys for their warm hosting. This stay would be unforgettable for us, we would come back without hesitation:)

the top floor accommodation has an exceptional view. it is large, very pleasant and very well-equipped. very clean and well located very close to shops and the city center without having the noises and inconveniences of many tourists. Catherine is very responsive. I highly recommend.

We had a great week . The apartment is really very spacious 1st necessity products await you there most a water purifier. The bedding is extremely good . The terrace is really nice seen on the marina. Private parking space is a plus . In case of any worries Livia struggles to help us. A lot of visits from the apartment. We can't hesitate to come back.

In addition, an exceptional view of the cove and dolphin supplement that can be seen in the evening with a little luck but not uncommon! The place is fully equipped! Very spacious and well organized accommodation, with very pleasant outdoor space. The geographical location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the assets of lowland while being close to large land. However, it is essential to have a car to get around because the first shop is a 3-minute drive away. Great for families who love nature and space. In addition, the hosts are really available, responsive and attentive to our well-being. Small touches from the moment we arrive help us feel comfortable. I would recommend it in a second.

We are quite happy with the experience overall. The house was located close to two of our favorite beaches in Guadeloupe, and it was quiet and peaceful, away from the main road. The yard was lush and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly helpful, even though we speak no French. I would definitely return - thank you!

Great place to stay. Large and spacious, pleasantly decorated and convenient to live. There is everything and even more for a stay in the accommodation: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, airfryer, rice cooker, oven, bag bags, cooler bags, laundry detergent, various products, coffee, salt, pepper, internet, large TV ... Everything is there. It feels like Florence lent us her home. Between Basse Terre and Grande Terre, the property is located in a private residence with a pool. We enjoy the calm at any time of day. And the large terrace is a real pleasure to end the evening under the sweetness of Guadeloupe. Of course, it takes a car to enjoy the stay. The location of the listing allows you to be quickly on either side of the island. Thank you Florence, it was a great stay with family.

We had a lovely stay at the house. The neighborhood is very calm and friendly. The views off the balcony are really amazing. We were welcomed with good local tips and a little food&drinks in the fridge. Would recommend! Thank you again!
