Vacation rentals with beach access in Bauduen

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer. Sauber und gut und modern ausgestattet. Beschreibung und Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein. Der Zugang zu einem kleinen Strand geht direkt über die Anlage. Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, auch wenn die Dame, die uns empfangen hat mit Google-Übersetzer kommunizierte. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen zwei Appartements und ist etwas hellhörig. Nachbarn haben sich nach 22 Uhr über Gespräche in normaler Lautstärke auf der Terrasse beschwert. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso der große Strand in ca. 10 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊!

Appartement impeccable, très propre et spacieux, nous y avons séjourné à 4 et c’était vraiment génial nous n’avons rien à redire et c’est avec grand plaisir que nous y séjournerions à nouveau. Merci Aline

On a été très bien dans l’appartement de Monique ! Spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Le beau Jardin est très agréable. En plus, l’appartement est tout proche des commerces, les transport publics et des restaurants. Monique nous a bien reçu et tout expliqué. On est resté une semaine et ça nous a bien plu. Laurence's air bnb was perfect. It was so clean and conveniently located 3 minutes from the beach (by foot). The apartment is stocked so thoughtfully with everything we needed. Laurence was a warm and welcoming host, we were so happy to have stayed here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. le logement était très confortable, calme et bien situé. le jardin est très agréable. et c'est pratique de pouvoir garer sa voiture. Bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. Laura est très sympathique. Le logement est dans un lieu calme avec un magnifique jardin. Le jardin est clôturé ce qui est en plus pour nos chiennes. Nous avons apprécié la gentille attention de Laura, son très bon jus de pomme au frigo à notre arrivée. Merci pour tout.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison coquette et équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut. Très bon contact et disponibilité de notre hôte. Tenir compte que la chambre à deux lits d’enfants est vraiment très petite. Sinon le reste était parfait.

Das Haus hat eine wirklich tolle Lage, man kommt einfach sowohl in Richtung Cannes/Nizza/Monaco als sich Richtung St Tropez. Wenn man eher in die Natur möchte bietet die Umgebung neben den Städten und Stränden eine tolle Natur für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist gemütlich, hat einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer und ins hügelige Hinterland und liegt in einer Gated Community sehr ruhig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Alena als Gastgeberin, sie antwortet sehr schnell und ist immer hilfsbereit und darum bemüht das es den Gästen gut geht und dazu sehr herzlich im Umgang. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Das Häuschen hat unsere Erwartung erfüllt. Ruhige Lage , Einkauf-Restaurants und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein tolles Parkgrundstück und netter Empfang. Im Häuslichen war alles zweckmäßig und ordentlich. Man hat alles was benötigt wird. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher haben wir gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.

Jag och min fru bokade denna fantastiska och minnesvärda villa tillsammans med våra barn och barnbarn. Det är inte ofta man blir berörd och upplever en vistelse mycket bättre än förväntat. Supporten från Marie-Laure och Barbara var utöver det vanliga på alla sätt och det var en fröjd och en trygghet att känna oss så väl omhändertagna. Allt i huset var prima, fräscht och höll väldigt hög nivå - pool, vy, terass med solstolar, uteplats med egen grill, kök och hela boendet i övrigt, det fanns absolut ingenting som fattades. Vi rekommenderar boendet med dess närhet till havet, omgivningen och färja till Saint-Tropez. Även de närliggande restaurangerna höll bra klass. Dessutom låg en mindre matbutik nära vilket underlättade. Anders och Lisa med familj 2024-09-22

En roadtrip, cet environnement paisible et sécurisant fut la base arrière de mes larges explorations de la région. L'appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Ses équipements et l'espace sont efficacement disposés/organisés. La vue sur la mer est ce petit plus qui vous émerveille dès le réveil ! Les commerçants locaux sont affables, et l'offre est suffisante pour pallier les besoins quotidiens. Dont quelques restaurants très agréables. Disponible, Axel est acceillant et très sympathique. Ses explications écrites, comme ses conseils de vive voix lors de l'accueil, sont précis et efficaces. Je recommande vivement.

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung, top ausgestattet und sauber. Alix ist sehr freundlich und sorgt dafür, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Unkomplizierte einchecken und genügend Parkplätze, die sicher sind.

Anthony a été super accueillant et très réactif, en effet nous avons eu un problème avec le lave vaisselle, et celui ci a été changé directement ! De plus, l’appartement était conforme aux photos et à la description, tout était parfait, je recommande vivement.

Located walking distance from the main center and the beach front. Area was quiet and peaceful. Front private patio and a rear yard was so nice to feel comfortable and cozy once we were in and settled. My daughter and I walked to the market on the weekend from the apartment and enjoyed watching the beach and the yachts at night. Plenty of cold ac in the entire space and the hot water was nice for the showers.

Perfecte locatie, dichtbij zee, leuke markt, lekkere restaurants. Voor weekje strandvakantie perfect. Ook dichtbij andere leuke plaatsjes. Sonia is een super aardige host, die ons verwelkomde met heerlijke producten die ze zelf gemaakt hadden!

nous sommes venues pour un weekend afin de célébrer un mariage d'une amie...et Cathy a offert un bouquet de rose a la mariée...belle arrivée...les indications étaient claires et Cathy a été très réactive... attention juste a ceux qui ont des allergies car présence de poussière+++et potentiellement acariens qui ont provoqué quelques crises d'allergies...mais sinon le logement est vraiment chouette... je recommande vivement... Merci Cathy
