Vacation rentals with a kayak in Bay of Kotor

Our stay at Paradise Lake House was nothing short of amazing! The property was impeccably clean—so spotless that I felt comfortable walking barefoot, which I rarely do in accommodations. Every corner is squeaky clean, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Location was the perfect place to relax, offering quiet and serene surroundings by the lake, yet still conveniently close to excellent local restaurants. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, making our arrival hassle-free. We appreciated how everything was clearly explained, allowing us to settle in quickly. A big highlight was Danilo, the property owner. He was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local spots. His attentiveness really made our stay extra special. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful retreat with a great location and a helpful host, Paradise Lake House is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Gina’s place is the nicest stay I’ve had at an Airbnb. Dejan goes out of his way to help with local information and how to get around. Even setting up WiFi on my phone. Everything and more has been provided. Such a perfect setting to enjoy the sea and mountains The sea can be heard lapping against the terrace. The terrace has been turned into a perfect , private , secluded , romantic place with lights, candles and voile curtains. Breakfast al fresco every morning.! Watching the sky dim at night then sunset here with a mountain backdrop will be my lasting memory. I can’t thank Dejan and his wife enough. Such lovely people. 10 stars⭐️

Beautiful place! We LOVED the dock and view of the water! We went swimming in the evening and the morning and it was absolutely stunning!! Incredible location. Loved the apartment - very comfortable and clean. The washing machine was and drying rack were also very helpful. The host was very responsive - we had a little trouble finding the Airbnb - but she was super helpful and kind about it! Highly recommend!

The apartment has a stunning sea view, and the house is right on the shore. Rose is a small, peaceful, and quiet place. There’s a supermarket and three restaurants, all close to the house. Two beaches are just a 5-minute walk away. You can easily reach Herceg Novi by boat, which runs several times a day. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It's nice to spend time on the balcony watching the sea, passing ships and yachts. The hosts Miloš and Nebojša were very friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

The house with the most beautiful view to stay in the Kotor Tivat region is a peaceful, immaculately clean, friendly Tamara host, we were very satisfied with our family's kayak house, it was a free host and offered wine, thanks to Tamara, I would like to be in the same view again, love Tamara🌸💙

Very well equipped, Maria is evidently a very thoughtful host. Loved having the use of the kayak and being able to wave from the little jetty for the boat to the bar the other side. Enjoyed a meal at the lake side restaurant by the harbour but be prepared to cater for yourselves as the next night it was shut and the bar the other side wasn't cooking, only drinks. Not a problem for us as Maria's place is so we'll equipped

Our stay at Filip's apartment was lovely. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the bay. Filip met us when we arrived and his recommendations for cafes and restaurants were great. He also referred us to a car rental company that provided great service. For those people with mobility issues, please be aware that the walk from the beach area to the apartment is quite steep. Aside from that, we highly recommend Filip's apartment!
