Vacation rentals with a pool in Bayamón

We liked the place. Communication with the host was very good, and we always received prompt responses. The view is beautiful. Access to the place is a bit tricky, especially at night.

This place was amazing for my group of 7. We loved hanging out by the pool everyday. The rooms were all clean and nice and jus as described. If I could change anything, I would say that figuring out where the Air conditioner remotes were and which ones correspond was a little difficult and inconvenient at times. A few extra towels as well would have been lovely. However, overall I would recommend this place to everyone. The location was not too far of a distance from lots of places with a rental.

It was a very nice place and the hosts was very helpful at all time i will definitely book with him again.

Had such an amazing 30th birthday here, the house was BEAUTIFUL, and made me and my guest feel safe and secure! Every room was pristine! The host replied quickly, with a solution to any and everything. Even with the one jump scare we did have they were responsive and quick it was really calming actually. I truly appreciate this stay and will tell everyone who thinks about going to Puerto Rico to BOOK W ANA!! You will not be upset if you do. Best decision I made for this trip.

The property was breathtaking. It was only 30 mins from the airport along with other outside adventures and very easy to get there. Any communication needed, Joan was very responsive within seconds of contact - in which I was very pleased and thankful. If your looking for a very clean, well put together property with an amazing view of the sky with the sun going down, this is it. Another plus was the pool with our own privacy!

We had a small issue with our unit but Steve was very responsive and made it right immediately. He’s very responsive and kind. We’ll definitely use him again. Thanks Steve!

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway.

Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

Spent an amazing beautiful 5 days vacation with my kids at Gerardo’s place and honestly I have 0 complaints . The view is beautiful the place is amazing and comfortable . 5 days wasn’t enough and let’s not forget about the beautiful balcony views , had breakfast on the balcony with my family ! We loved it and definitely intend on going back whenever we visit back San Juan . Also has a personal parking spot for our rental car right outside the building . Couldn’t ask for anything more perfect especially with the area it is located in with plenty of shopping spaces restaurant and anything else you will need . Highly recommended!

Don't get me wrong. the place is in a great location in condado, Puerto Rico where it's walking distance to the placita. Pat did a great job of helping us through the power outage. however, we struggled the first day because the place didn't look like it did in the pictures and the building is dated and under construction.
