This is a fully furnished vacation rental. It is located close to downtown Silver City in the historic district. It is perfect for a short stay or a longer term stay. It is both cozy and functional for our guests. Accommodation is intended for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children. Any adults desiring to book with more than four can do so upon request and a $20.00 per person per night fee will apply. Dogs allowed. We do charge a $20 fee per dog per stay, pay to host after check in.

Enjoy the history of this 1908 built house, beautifully remodeled. It is a registered cultural property in Silver City as The Thompson House. As many original features as possible were left and are a beautiful juxtaposition to the new, modern decor. You are mere blocks from the university, restaurants, galleries, gift shops, brewery, and coffee shops. Suite 2 consists of a Queen bed, ensuite bath, living room with full pull out couch.
