Our home captures views of the Bay and Sunsets every night from all windows, bedrooms, each of the 3 balconies, and rooftop! We are a few feet from Holgate's bay beach as well as 1 block (5 minute walk) to the Ocean. Holgate is also a 5 minute drive or a short bike ride to all Beach Haven has to offer

The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they’re a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.
