Situated 4 km from autobahn A2 it is very easy to get here. The house offers 100 m² of living space with family room, 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen.

MyPlaceBerge is a cozy ground floor apartment in the south of Hamm. The apartment was completed in April 2021 and is completely newly furnished. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away. Shopping, a restaurant and fast food are within walking distance. Within walking distance is the Freibad Süd, a forest with a fitness trail and dirt roads that invite you to run and hike. In addition to the Maxi Park and the glass elephant, there is much more to discover in Hamm.

On 38 sqm you will find a small functionally furnished modern apartment with a special view of accessibility. The bed has a nursing frame and can be adjusted electrically in height. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The apartment is reached on the second floor by lift. The bed has a width of 140 cm. Ahlen is located on the edge of the Münsterland park landscape and therefore offers numerous opportunities for cycling and walking. Münster, Bielefeld and Dortmund are also easily reached by train or car. The train station is just under 15 minutes on foot from the apartment and in 5 minutes you can get to the bakery and various supermarkets. You can eat well in the different restaurants in the city center.

Our pretty, small cottage is located in an idyllic location between the towns of Ahlen and Beckum. It is for exclusive use with a small terrace and an unobstructed view of nature and our ponies. It is also cozy to sit by the fireplace. The house is barrier-free to enter. A car can park under a remise directly in front of the entrance. A wallbox is available.
