You will enjoy quiet days, whether you choose to lounge on chairs by the water and birdwatch or walk or bike down the lane to explore quiet back roads and beautiful country scenery. A short 15 minute drive into the town of Cambridge offers unique shops and restaurants, sightseeing and nearby Blackwater Refuge.

The Oxford House

You can find the best beach in oxford only 75 yards from our front door or take the Ferry to the neighboring town of Saint Michaels, Maryland. You will love the scenic views and historical charm of this little town, the Oxford house has a central location allowing you to walk or bike to everything.

Welcome to Maryland's Eastern Shore and your own private space in a converted corn crib, complete with the comforts of home. The space includes a vaulted ceiling, queen-sized Casper® mattress, quality linens, heat & AC, wireless Internet, a coffee counter, stocked bar fridge, full bath w/ shower (includes quality bath supplies), and a private entrance. Our space is permitted for ONLY TWO INDIVIDUALS (No children under 8 years of age.), and please limit your visit to one vehicle only.

This lovely guest cottage is located in the historic district of Oxford, walkable to town attractions and restaurants. While the main house is a registered historical property built in the 19th century Victorian style, the guesthouse is charming and well decorated with modern comforts.
