This upstairs apt is centrally located beautiful historic home near Elizabeth park in B-ham. Spacious 1 bed - 1 bath was renovated in 2019 with a new kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout. It is very comfortable for a couple who prefers to sleep on a (new) King mattress. Also would be great for travel nurses with close proximity to the hospital. Additionally, this unit is upstairs and has two locking entrances for added security. Includes off-street parking space and full washer and dryer.
