Villa vacation rentals in Berkshire

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay over Easter. So nice to sit out on the large decking and enjoy the sunshine & surroundings. The restaurant on site is lovely & the food was really good. Lovely walks straight from the door & the pub in the village was amazing. The shower was not a problem at all for us (5 adults) just follow the advice! Highly recommend & would visit again 😃

Really great place. Our teenager loved having her own third floor and bathroom. Great location and Li was so quick at communicating. The grass in the garden was overgrown and it would have been great to have a swingset for the children, but that would be a bonus. The beds and sofa weren't the best, but overall we were really happy with the apt!

We spent the week at Silvya's place. A good experience , everything went well and we are very happy. Definitely to recommend for those in need of ample space in a quiet part of London

We had a very comfortable stay. John’s house is bright, spacious, clean and the great extra is that you have all the details that many others places lack, like salt, pepper, soap, margarine, etc that really make the stay comfortable. Lovely clean estate. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Stayed over the christmas period visiting family. A really lovely little house with everything you need plus lots of extra little touches like coffee pods, biscuits and toiletries which were really nice. Everything was clean and tidy and easy to use or was labelled / had clear instructions. Convenient location near the train station and shops. It was perfect for what we needed and helped make our babies first Christmas special, with no extra stress.

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again

The Villa is a beautiful accommodation. Great location. Amazing setting with the horses nearby. The house is immaculate. The host, Michelle, goes above and beyond to accommodate.

Malan was fantastic to work with! She was proactive and helpful. Our group included two families—we had a great time. Local coffee and restaurants were perfect and everything was so walkable. We took the Bayswatch stop Tube everywhere!

We stayed here with four children (ages 2 to 6) and it was great. Lovely living area at the top of the house and plenty of space for everyone. We were very lucky with the weather and could eat outside on the balcony for most meals. Lots to do on the Lower Mill Estate for families. We would come again.

A very comfortable clean spacious place to stay with full range of facilities and wonderful hot tub. A great scenic outlook over the lake and easy walking access to the spa close by.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 9, plenty of space, it was well appointed and there was a good choice of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. Although we didn’t use the outside space much due to the weather the hot tub was great. The hosts were very responsive and sorted out a couple of minor issues swiftly.

A beautiful bright spacious modern house with wonderful views across the lake. It is just like the pictures or even better. The lounge and bedrooms are so comfortable and the kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you need. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here.

The place matched and exceeded the description and photos. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and well decorated. There was an abundance of cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Management company were extremely communicative before and through-out. Would 100% recommend this house for future traveler's.

The place was perfect for us - 2 adults and 7 teenagers. We all loved the pool and the beautiful garden. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big lounge with an even bigger TV was perfect for the evening and the beds were plenty and comfortable. The host was always available for questions and made us feel very welcome. Will be visiting again.

This is second time we’ve stayed on Lower Mill Estate as it has great onsite facilities, so nice not to go too far with the little ones. We did the Cotswold Wildlife Park, it is a 30 minute drive but well worth it. Also Emerald Thai in Cirencester was delicious. The house itself had everything as described on the listing, lovely views over the lake and was enough space downstairs for 10 adults and 4 little ones. Two of the double rooms are on smaller side so wouldn’t recommend if you need space for a few travel cots. On the first morning a few of us had cold showers as hot water wasn’t on, but we figured it out waited half an hour and all was ok. We reported this along with one of double bed had broken slats which wasn’t ideal, but appreciate nothing could be done at the time. The contact was very apologetic about this and it didn’t hinder our stay. Thank you
