Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Berlin

This place was perfect for our purposes, which were a family friendly/dog friendly place to stay between Canton and Homeworth. The backyard was very secure for our dog and there was a play area set up in the basement for kids. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials for cooking and the bathroom had a nice basket of travel toiletries if you’d forgotten anything. Bed was very soft and comfortable. We had a great stay and would book again.

Tony's place was very clean and comfortable. The house was just as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The house is in a great location if you are visiting the Amish country. The drive to Millersburg and Berlin is beautiful and close. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to pick up some snacks and deli items at the local Amish grocery. Tony was a great host with providing water, snacks and coffee; he even had decaf coffee! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed this place. The hot tub was amazing and the location was nice and cozy. If you’re coming to Canton or Clinton, this is the place you want to stay. 10/10 would recommend every time!

Really comfortable home, right by the lake. The house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and nice farmhouse-coastal decor. It was stocked with plenty of coffee, snacks, towels, and extra toiletries. We ate at the marina restaurant just down the road, which was delightful and had pretty Lake views. Highly recommend this spot!

This place was just what we needed. We rented this place following a death in the family locally and we needed somewhere for family to gather and be together. This house and the property was everything we could ask for. Quiet. Peaceful. Spacious enough to allow for individual space when needed. The property is beautiful. The house has character and comfort. The hosts have stocked EVERYTHING a person could need. And it has an amazing vibe and history. It felt to all of us that there has been much love and laughter in this historic home which is just what we needed. Thank you for hosting us.

There’s nothing better than taking a nice relaxing vacation down to the Amish country. this location was in the heart of the Amish country and just minutes away from all of the great places we’ve come to love and enjoy. When we walked in, it was just like the pictures beautiful all three floors laid out nice. my family enjoyed every inch of this house everything clean and pristine right down the street from Walnut Creek Cheese was simply a blessing being able to go grab items from the store and be back at the in no time. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Had a great weekend at the Portage Lakes with our dogs. The host has great recommendations and easy to follow instructions. The doors get stuck and are noisy but to be expected with an older house, I would also recommend more throw blankets down stairs to help with the coziness. Thanks for being a great host.

The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy, "right at home" feel. We stayed over the Christmas holiday, and it was beautifully decorated for the season. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs, and we enjoyed walking them around the quiet neighborhood with its pleasant sidewalks. It was an ideal place to relax and enjoy the holidays!

Charming stay!! Spotless! The only issues were the knives were very dull they just need sharpened and we thought for the cost, the jets on the hot tub were not strong at all. Otherwise it was very relaxing and much needed!!!!!

The new location where we stayed in the Ohio area where we were visiting was fabulous. Lee was very gracious to allow us to stay there, even though she wasn’t quite ready to have her home available to visitors. We did not need to communicate with Kellie as Lee was right there on the property and was available as needed.

A really unique place that lives up to its name. Tons of games to play and an awesome theater room. Id recommend this to a large group looking to do some fun activities.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

We had a great weekend away at a beautiful location! The house was comfortable and had all the amenities it listed and more. We were able to go out and shop all day and then come back and cook in the large kitchen! It is truly where we spent most of our time! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We loved the fire pit out back and appreciated the amount of wood that the house had! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you again!

The cabin was exceptionally clean and cozy with a lovely view. It felt more private than we were expecting based on some of the other reviews we'd read. The hosts were very responsive and they provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. We definitely agree that everyone should get donuts from Miller's Bakery and pancakes from Boyd & Wurthmann - both are the best we've ever had!! Another thing worth mentioning is that the fitness center at the Berlin Resort, which was included in the stay, has a fantastic strength training area.

I planned a surprise fishing trip for my husband and chose Creekside Cabins after talking to the very helpful host, Debbie. The directions were clear, and the old barn landmark made it easy to find. We immediately thought, “We should bring the whole family next time!” The Shanty and the big cabin are close together, but noise wasn’t much of an issue. Inside our cabin, we hardly noticed neighbors. The first night it rained, so we grilled and relaxed in the cozy rocking chairs. The bed was very soft — I prefer firmer, but it was comfortable. Mornings with coffee on the patio overlooking the river were peaceful. My husband spent the weekend fishing while I read by the fire pit. The shared shower house was large and clean with good hot water and pressure. We’re already planning to return! Bonus: my husband broke his line trying to reel in a 3-footer and caught several carp — it’s definitely a good fishing spot!

Lynn met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. It's always nice to meet the owner of where you'll be staying. She left us quite an abundance of snacks, breakfast items, milk, OJ, water, etc. Absolutely beautiful surroundings (mostly woods). Easy to get to. Lynn was very responsive and very helpful. I forgot my boots this trip and she even let me borrow a pair of hers. Would highly recommend her place if you are in the Wooster area.

Whispering Pines provided a fantastic base for our weekend visit to see family after many years. The last-minute booking process was smooth, and the price point was comparable to a two-room hotel, offering significantly more space and amenities. The cabin's location was excellent, being conveniently within 15 minutes of our family and nestled near the stunning Malabar and Mohican State Parks. As a pet-friendly property, we were delighted that our 6-pound Yorkie, Courage, was welcomed. While we primarily used the cabin for sleeping, my daughter enjoyed the hot tub. The property was accurately represented in the listing, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. Despite significant rainfall and nearby flooding, the cabin's hillside location provided easy and safe access. Overall, we had a truly enjoyable stay and would certainly choose Whispering Pines again for future visits.

Our stay was great! The house was BEAUTIFUL and had such a cozy rustic feel. My favorite was the pond that we took our little dogs on walks around. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had all that we needed during our stay. Also, the deer walking around the yard early in the morning was such an awesome sight! We had an emergency pop up and asked for an extended stay, Chip was great and was quick to respond and allowed us to stay that extra day and even gave us a late check out! What a joy it was to stay here.. we will definately be going back! FIVE STARS!!

Place is a great comfortable stay

Ms Julie provided my group with the perfect place to stay. I coach a wrestling team in the Baltimore area, and brought a group of high schoolers and coaches for a tournament in the area. Cherry Nirvana absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everyone had a bed, which any coach or parent of an athlete who travels knows is not the norm. The team asked specifically if we could stay there next time. It had enough common space area for the team to hang out and bond, but enough privacy on each floor that I could escape when they were making me crazy and I needed a break. Ms Julie was always helpful and responsive with any messages I shot her way. I’m not the brightest bulb in the lamp, but every instruction was easy to follow and we had zero trouble finding the house, and accessing entry was even easier. I’m excited to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were welcomed by lovely Christmas decorations and it felt very homey. We used the fireplace in the evenings. We couldn’t find a lighter or matches but acquired some the next day. We walked the grounds and saw deer in the field
