The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The patio is perfect for dining outside and there is a new play structure in the side yard for the kids. You have privacy and access to the full property. We maintain a small side casita for occasional visits, but will let you know if one of us will be there. Our property manager and family friend lives very nearby and is at the ready if you need help. The neighbors are great long time residents of the area. The home is situated between vibrant Nob Hill and UNM. Stroll 1 block to a fun and quiet pocket park, and 2 blocks to Altura Park with its tennis courts, playground, and gorgeous trees. Shopping and restaurants are all just blocks away.

This cozy home is centrally located in a safe, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance, balcony & living space. Great spot to get away and relax in the jetted tub or on the deck. Great location if you are working here, visiting, or passing through Albuquerque. It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Shopping, restaurants, medical, golf coarse.
