On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a stream. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the nature reserve Werderland. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or of the dike and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (approx. 8000m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being gently renovated by us with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.
