Rólegt umhverfi og fallegt útsýni. Húsið er gamalt og er staðsett á bóndabænum Vattarnesi. Kindur eiga það til að koma inná tún. Í húsinu er baðherbergi með sturtu. Eldhúsi þar sem gestir geta eldað. Það eru þrjú svefnherbergi, tvö með tvíbreiðu rúmi og eitt með tveimur einbreiðum rúmum. Tvö herbergi eru á annarri hæð og er stiginn frekar brattur. Við erum ekki á hringveginum. Húsið er á gamla hringveginum á milli Fáskrúðsfjarðar og Reyðarfjarðar, 19km frá Fáskrúðsfirði og 29km frá Reyðarfirði.

Hello dear visitors! We are a team of two passionate travellers (Ieva and Nicolas) who settled down on a faraway fjord in Iceland and are excited to meet you here. We are in the middle of our life project - renovating a beautiful old house in the centre of unpronounceable Fáskrúðsfjörður. Our little cozy studio is a result of our own imagination, we created it ourselves with lots of love and personal touch. Berunes Woodshop-Historic Tiny House by the Fjord

Once our grandfathers´s woodship, now a cozy retreat for travellers seeing something truly different. It´s a character-filled Tiny House, set within the historic Berunes farmstead, adjacent to the original farmhouse, opposite the community church and graveyard. Your nearest neighbor is one of East Iceland´s most celebrated dining experiencve. The Berunes Restaurant (open June - August) serves and ever-changing 4-course dinner menu, paired with Beljandi craft beer and fine wines.

A welcoming top-floor apartment, located in the center of town on the famous Rainbow Street. The house has over a century of history and features a calm and cozy interior with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the prettiest town in East Iceland. Around the place is a great wild-bird life over the summertime and here you can take a walk in the nature and enjoy some alone-time. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished terrace with BBQ. Egilsstadir town center is just 30 km away.

Beautiful Cottage at Kaldá Lyngholt 2

The cottage is on a small and quiet family run farm, 8 km to the town Egilsstaðir. These small houses are cozy and heated with geothermal energy, the cottages can be booked all year around. We provide linen, towels, tea and Coffee for no extra charge. The surrounding area consists of a river, trees, northern lights, beautiful nature and during the winter time you might even see some reindeers wandering around.

Honeymoon Cabin with Hot tub and treasure hunt

Our Honeymoon cottage is the perfect place for those who seek a genuine Icelandic experience with a private hot tub overlooking the fiord. The cabin is just a couple of minute drive from Seydisfyordur. You might even spot some whales while having a bbq. Don’t miss to hike and visit Vestdalur waterfalls that is a short walk from the cabin. The cabin is provided with dvds, books and vintage video games.

In Fljótsdal next to the farm Hóll in Norðurdalur is Hólshýsi. A cosy cottage that is surrounded by endless adventures and sounds of nature and wildlife. Close to countless highlights such as Hengifoss, Hallormstaður, the Wilderness Center and Laugarfell.

Gíslastaðir - Cottage

The cottage is located near the owner’s farm with lovely views over the nearby stream to the mountains behind. It is around 12 Km from Egilsstaðir and is well situated for exploring the spectacular nature of East Iceland. The farm offers horse riding.

Sæberg, comfort in the fjord

Newly renovated building set in the fjord of Seyðisfjörður, 7 km away from the town centre. The house was a school in the older days but has now been given a modern design with beautiful views and the feeling of being away from everything.
