Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, golf courses, 40 minutes east of Disney and Sea World. This is a quaint little beach town with lots of restaurants and happenings .Tangers Outlet Mall is a 30 minute drive from New Smyrna Beach. We are located 15 minutes south of Daytona Beach. Great family gated community with lots of amenities while having a great beautiful clean beach where no vehicles or animals are permitted.
