Cool, super relaxed retro style cottage filled with travel treasures mixed with some funky and functional 70's stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with lots of bananas and an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.
“We loved David's place. The beautiful Balinese-style garden and the garden tarazza were particularly charming. The house has a lot of space and the bedroom is large and comfortable. David gave us lots of helpful advice on local trails and places to visit. We highly recommend the house to anyone who wants to stay in Jervis Bay.”

“This little place is super cute and perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple. Beautiful location, super clean and VERY comfy bed. Bronwyn is really kind and caring and up for a chat if you are. She even reached out ahead of time to ask what we'd like for breakfast and made sure it was all there for us when we arrived. The balcony has a little dining/relaxing area and in the morning there were heaps of birds to watch and enjoy. My partner and I are already considering going back :)”

“A wonderfully relaxing slice of heaven amongst the gum trees, perfect for a couple. Shell is an amazing host - so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The outdoor shower is lovely, even in winter, although there’s also an indoor bath with a shower. The place is thoughtfully decorated and the balcony is perfect for breakfast. The fire keeps the whole place toasty on chilly winter evenings. It’s very private and we loved waking up with a view of the trees as the birds chirped outside. We can thoroughly recommend Shell’s Treetop Bungalow.”
