Vacation rentals with beach access in Beyoğlu

Thank you very much Mr. Arda and Ms. Özlem, in return for the price, everything went very well for our performance high level and 1-week vacation, there is a magnificent atmosphere right in the middle of the ballad, almost most of the places you want to see, public transportation max 2 minutes walk, so we loved it, the address will be the same again, you can be sure

Very nice flat with a great location. Istanbul’s traffic is terrible so a having a place located as this apartment is very useful. You can walk to the majority of Istanbul’s hotspots, such as Taksim, Galata, İstiklal Street, but also to Hagia Sophia (although it’s one hour walk it is still better than riding a cab). My only complaint would be squeaky doors in the apartment, but that’s negligible. I completely recommend this place!

The house was really above my expectations. The location was both central and in a very calm place, transportation was very convenient. The interior was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. Especially the garden was very pleasant; it was great to have my morning coffee there. The host is also very attentive and his communication was very comfortable. I would recommend it with peace of mind, I plan to come back in advance.

The stay was perfect! The flat is even better than in the photos — spacious, with high ceilings, and incredibly cozy, modern, and beautifully designed. It has everything you might need. Savaş is a fantastic host: check-in and check-out were super easy, and he was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The location is brilliant — right in the heart of Istanbul — yet the apartment is quiet, with no noise from outside, which I really appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay and already look forward to coming back soon!

For a positive start, the location was perfect! That made it all worth it. Place is super central and the roof terrace is excellent with stunning views. However, there were some small comments about the room. The toilet seat was broken, the curtains do not reach all the way so that a lot of light fell in and the kitchen was not completely complete. What was nice was the fridge that was present. Shower also nice and everything clean. Communication was perfect! Ali is really friendly and helpful.

The place is perfect value for money and we felt right at home. It is located in a good area where it is easy to get around by public transport to the tourist areas of interest. Ali and Deniz were very friendly and always answered my doubts quickly. The view of the rooftop is spectacular. Highly recommend this place

We stayed in Istanbul for 3 nights and it was perfect, the value is great. The place was very clean, modern and provided all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the roof terrace. The accommodation is located both close to many attractions in walking distance, as well as metro / bus stations and ferries. Ali was a very friendly and helpful host, he always responded very quickly to questions and helped us with the transfer from the airport and back. We highly recommend visiting his place and will be back soon! :)

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

I booked Zeynep's apartment for multiple stays in Kadıköy, and it was absolutely the right decision. From the start, Zeynep was incredibly friendly and always responsive, going as far as to send me a reassuring message in the immediate aftermath of the April 2025 earthquake to clarify that her apartment building had been checked for cracks and structural damage, and that it was safe to stay in. On the evening of check-in, I ran about 1.5 hours late - and where most Air BnB hosts would have become exasperated, both Zeynep and Mr Bilal (the janitor who handled the check-in process) were so polite and patient while they waited for me. The actual apartment is lovely: both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the washer/dryer machine is really effective, and the bed linen and towels were spotless. I also appreciated the extremely powerful hair dryer in the bathroom!
