Hello, I'm Luisa, Occupational Therapist and Yoga teacher. I lived abroad where I studied personal training, sports coaching, yoga and Pilates, shamanism and reiki. Yoga has always been with me and gave me a peace and connection that no other previous sport or practice has reached. In addition, yoga brought me a state of connection that led me to get to know myself better and discover my life mission, which is to bring knowledge, health and serve others as far as I can. My classes are thoughtfully designed to promote all the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga. We will do yoga in Nature, at the Park and at the beach; facing the sea. 8 years of experience I coach fitness and personal training at Le Connecteur, in Biarritz. I'm a BPJEPS APT-certified trainer in cross-training and fit boxing. I've trained pro athletes, including surfer Ramzi Boukhiam and rugby player Teddy Thomas.
