It has air conditioning and heating. In the bathroom there is a stand up shower. Downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with a ladder has another queen bed. There is a storage loft and a sitting area. Cox internet included as well as two tvs. However, there isn't cable. Sorry no smoking and no pets.
